Last updated: 04-Dec-17

A big thank you to everyone who nominated a blogger for our Blogger Award. After much deliberation, and it was a very daunting task, we have chosen the shortlist for the RunUltra Blogger Award for 2018.  Please use the hashtag #RunUltraBlog18 to spread the word.

We received over a hundred  bloggers nominated from every corner of the globe. Many congratulations to all those who made the list.

The quality, dedication and passion for ultra marathons and trail running shines through brightly in much of the writing from the bloggers that you nominated.

We had a strict scoring criteria in place as explained in our recent forum post and the  bloggers were scored out of a total score of 60 on the following criteria.

Consistency
Quality of Imagery
Quality of Copy
Creativity
Promotion
Authority
Usability
Engagement
Overall Impression.

We have a total of 64 names on our shortlist (that’s how difficult it was, as we did not want to exclude some great blogs), given the very high standard of nominations.

Voting is now open until 23.59 on 14th January 2017.  VOTE HERE

The final selection as to who wins the award and fabulous Suunto Spartan Ultra Sports Watch is now in your hands.

All voters that take part get a chance to win a Suunto Trainer watch as shown below. Ts & Cs apply

We have a special voting logo (see top right)  to help our shortlisted bloggers to get their votes.  To download the badge just right click on the image and press “save image as.” Contact us if you’d like the badge in another format.

Good luck to our shortlist. We will announce the final winner and our blogger finalists on 18th January 2018.
