It is that time of year again when you need to get your Santa hat on and start stocking up with special treats for your nearest and dearest. Champagne? Lingerie? Chocolates? Hmm… not so much. What you REALLY need to be thinking about is running socks, cosy hats and maybe even a great head torch. Here are some of our top tips for her!
1. Lightweight jackets

The next three months are likely to be pretty chilly for most of us and the usual layers may just not be enough. A lightweight jacket will really help with the early morning and post-work cold. Like these.
2. A Race Entry
If you want to get creative, paid entry to one of those ultras that looks amazing but is a bit out of the ordinary price range could be just the thing. There are lots to choose from!
3. Runderwear

Lace is nice but think of the chafing after mile 20! Runderwear do fantastic-looking, comfortable underwear.
4. A box of energy bars

The runner’s version of a selection box! Try these.
5. Woolly hat

But not just any woolly hat – a pink one with a furry pom pom … and it is a great stocking filler price.
