The brief
A UK charity was keen to recruit new runners for their charity race.
The plan
To email all UK-based members of RunUltra to introduce a new event to the ultra running calendar and to drive registrations. A single bespoke email was prepared with copy provided by the Client and sent to a database of +2500. In parallel, a series of Facebook and Twitter entries were programmed for the duration of the campaign.
The results
A great result in both reach with 38% open and 23% click rates, far exceeding normal industry rates. The client received 222 visits direct from the email campaign and significant reach with Twitter and Facebook audiences of over 3,000.
The client gave the service received a 5 star rating and were very pleased with the results.
